In this 30 min session teaches the Self Healing 

Introduction Session: The concept of Healing Calmness is explained with a presentation which details the modern research  uncovering the body's healing wisdom.

A summarised version of the meditation is taught which will enable the student to experience the healing calmness of meditation.

Meditation Practice:  the full Health Building meditation is  taught and guided. Advice is given on how to incorporate the practice into everyday life. 

Current Brain research is used to improve the students understanding of how Esoteric Mindfulness works.

Level 1  Workshop

I Ching Wisdom: The concepts of the I Ching elements are introduced and the first two added to the main meditation. This adds an extra depth to the practice. 

Further research into the brain is used to explain how meditation can make real changes to peoples understanding and outlook.

Complete Practice:  The remaining I Ching elements are added to the main meditation., transforming the meditation into a really powerful practice.
